I’m Jasgul, a brand identity designer and the founder of Chapter Red Designs.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve transitioned from a freelance designer to an agency owner. And now, as the studio expands and move into new ventures, we are looking for someone to join our team as Video Editor

• Have a "Design-First" eye: You don't just cut clips; you understand layout, typography, and how to make a video look like a premium brand.
• Are a Narrative Thinker: You know how to take raw footage and find the "hook" and the "story" that keeps people watching.
• Are Social Media savvy: You are obsessed with trends, high-retention editing styles, and you know what works on Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Are a proactive problem-solver: You don’t wait for every single frame to be storyboarded—you take the lead and offer creative counter-strategies.
• Possess high integrity: You are punctual with deadlines, diligent with file management, and take pride in your craft.

Scope of work

• Content Creation: Editing high-impact short-form and long-form content to showcase CRD’s portfolio, behind-the-scenes, and design expertise.
• Post-Production: Handling color grading, sound design, and motion graphics that align with our studio’s "prestige" aesthetic.
• Brand Growth: Helping brainstorm and execute visual concepts that position CRD as a top-tier branding and packaging studio.
• Asset Management: Organizing raw footage and maintaining a streamlined video library and workflow for the agency.
